My Everyday Make Up Routine

✩Step 1 - Prime!

To make sure my make up stays on all day, I prime my face using the That Gal primer by Benefit. To  apply this I either use my hands or a flat foundation brush to blend it into my skin.

For my eyelids, I use Urban Decay's original eyelid primer keeping my eyeshadow on.

✩Step 2 - Eyeshadow!

I like to keep my shadow subtle. To do this I use Urban Decay's Naked 3 pallet. As a base and to set my primer I use the shade Strange, which is a very place pinky, off white shade. For my crease and for a transition shade, I use Limit, which is a light dusty pink shade. Finally, to deepen up the outer corner of my lid, I use Nooner which is a darker shade of Limit.

✩Step 3 - Brows!

To carry on with the theme of my make up look, I keep my eyebrows natural. I use Ka-Brow by Benefit in shade 1. to fill in my brows, keeping their natural shape. My brows are quite a medium-dark brown, but I find that benefits lightest shade is perfect for me. I slowly build up the shade making match the shade of my brows.

✩Step 4 - Correcting!

Overall, I have extremely clear skin, so I only need concealer for those pesky little blemishes. I use the Bright Future gel serum concealer from Sephora in the shade 03 Fondant.

✩Step 5 - Contouring/Bronzing!

I like to use the all famous Hoola Bronzer from Benefit, to softly carve out my cheek bones and sometimes I apply this to the far corners of my forehead. 

✩Step 6 - Blush!

I like to use Benefits Dandelion blush to give my cheeks a rosey glow.

✩Step 7 - Highlight!

My two favourite highlighters are both from Benefit. They are the High Beam and Watt's Up, which are liquid/ cream highlighters. I apply one of these to the tops of my cheek bones with my fingers.

✩Step 8 - Lips

Finally, for my lips I like to either keep my lips natural with only some lip balm to moisturise them, or apply a lip product. My two favourites are Macs famous Velvet Teddy lipstick or So Cute Lip Gloss from Kylie Cosmetics. But before I apply anything to my lips I use the Mint Julips lip scrub from Lush.
